Plosky’s is a place that is all about food and people.

We are here to nourish you with delicious food and drink. Our goal is to educate our community on all things food, from Jewish heritage dishes to responsible ingredient sourcing and from scratch cooking. And obviously genuine New York bagels.

David Eisenson saw a Pastrami-on-rye hole in the valley’s food offerings and decided it was time to fill it. His passion for food and community is what brought about Plosky’s Delicatessen, a place he visualized from the beginning to bring Jewish style deli food, a strong ethos for mindfully sourced ingredients and community engagement together under one roof. The purposeful open kitchen design is his way of starting a conversation with their customers.
