"This new addition to the Carbondale dining scene will focus on down home done right menu options offered during Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Inspiration for this restaurant comes from the diner itself blended with the farming and agricultural history of Carbondale and its new art driven community. It will be a lively family friendly atmosphere, with plenty of Milkshakes and Fried Chicken to share. Currently the opening date is TBD, but if the rumors are true, we should be seating inside by late fall, 2020. Until then, our Slow Groovin Food Truck will be our front hustling & open daily from 12-8pm. The food truck will have a limited but delicious menu of some of your classic favs!"
