Just ambled into Gandhi today to get a menu but had to sit down to their "lunch special"s. Great service; wonderfully tasty & prepared food for under $10. Will be back for their lunch selections - which they do not advertize.

This place has super good food! I was really craving some indian food that actually tasted homemade and not from a can. this place definitely has that! I did not eat in the restaurant because my family did not want to go out, so i ordered takeout and when I went to go pick the food up, i was welcomed by a lovely aroma of spices. although I had to wait a bit for the hostess to come to the front to greet me, she was very nice. Sadly, she forgot to put in my dessert that I was so dying to try. I called back when i finished my food at home to tell them that they forgot and they were very nice about it. So they told me that I could go and pick up my dessert the next day, however I simply forgot. But all in all, the food is great, my family got a good assortment of dishes so I got to try a lot of food. ALL super delicious!

This is the best Indian food we have ever eaten!! We have travelled extensively and this is authentic and extremely fresh! We had five of us in our party and we all ordered different dishes...they were ALL amazing! The aromas, spices and ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious! The service was excellent and the friendly owner came out to meet the customers. He even brought us samples of other dishes we didn't even order! It is also very reasonably priced. There is NOT another Indian restaurant in Denver that even compares!

I go to eat @ Gandhi 2-4 times a week lunch as well as dinner. The Service & Owners are as gracious and accommodating as they come. As I am working my way through the menu& I must say I have found more & more delicious foods on my travels. I take everyone I know to taste the fine flavors & smells. My children even enjoy the various dishes. It is extremely hard to say what I like the best I LOVE IT ALL! You will be hard pressed to find anything you wouldn't like about the place!!

Had a wonderful meal at Gandhi last Friday night. Started off with the Mango Lassi to drink and loved it. It was like a mango smoothy, but better! There were three of us, so we each ordered an entree and split it. The portions are huge, so we ended up taking half of it home, which made for yummy leftovers. The Bhindi Masala was my favorite and I love the Naan bread that came with everything. For $60 bucks, this is a great deal for the large portions and the best Indian food you can get! Can't wait to go back.

I am so excited that Carbondale Colorado has an Indian Restaurant. I met a group of friends early Saturday evening at Gandhi, Indian's Cuisine in Carbondale. I am so glad we arrived early since the place filled up quickly. The decor made a nice atmosphere without being tacky. We were served papdoms with two different sauces. We ordered our meal family style so everyone could try everything. I was in India a year ago and love Bhindi (ocra) so I ordered Bhindi Masala($13.95). I wasn't disappointed. I can't wait to return to get that exact same dish. We also had the Saag Paneer, Chana Masala, Navarratan Korma, & Chicken Korma. Everything was delicious and served with great naan bread. The 5 of us walked away with a bill of $150 including trip. Great value and great food!
